Like very much as it is Rich in Aroma, Granular Texture Like Home Made Ghee & High Nutritional Value. It is comparable to organic ghee and we using it for Frying and almost all cooking purposes.We are also using it for daily worshipping, Puja. I have asked company about saturated fat, mono and poly unsaturated fat before using it and they provided me and it is as good as organic ghee and have good quality than any other brand I was using before as I am food technologist so I like to know before using it.
